Pakistan’s ISPR Reveals Civilian Carnage: 26 Dead, 46 Injured in “Unprovoked Indian Aggression”

Pakistan’s military media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), has categorically denounced India’s overnight missile and aerial strikes as a “cowardly act of war” targeting civilians and religious sites. In a press briefing, Director General ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry confirmed 31 civilian deaths, including 3-year-old girl, and 57 injuries across six locations in Punjab and Azad Kashmir. These strikes, codenamed Operation Sindhoor by India, struck mosques, residential areas, and medical facilities, with no evidence of militant infrastructure, according to Pakistani authorities.

Pakistan Condemn the Indian claim of targeting terrorists points and  has accused India of deliberately attacking places of worship, a violation of international humanitarian law. Key incidents include:

      – Bilal Mosque, Muzaffarabad : A missile strike collapsed the mosque’s minaret, injuring a child and sparking outrage among locals. Survivors described the attack as “unprovoked and indiscriminate”.

      – Abbas Mosque, Kotli : Structural damage rendered the mosque unusable, with debris littering the prayer hall. Footage shared by Reuters showed worshippers sifting through rubble.

      – Muridke Educational Complex : A hostel and mosque linked to Hafiz Saeed, a UN-designated terrorist, were damaged. India claimed the site housed militant activity, but Pakistan dismissed this as “baseless propaganda”.

ISPR released satellite imagery and eyewitness testimonies confirming civilian casualties, challenging India’s narrative of targeting “terrorist infrastructure”.

IN Result Of Pakistan’s Swift Retaliation Five Indian Jets Downed

In a decisive counterstrike, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shot down five Indian fighter jets, including three advanced Rafale aircraft, a Sukhoi Su-30MKI, and a MiG-29 Fulcrum. Wreckage bearing labels from French manufacturer Le Bozec et Gautier corroborated the downing of Rafales, though India has not officially acknowledged these losses. Local government sources in Indian-administered Kashmir admitted three fighter jets crashed, with pilots hospitalized.

Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif declared, “India’s misadventure has been met with iron resolve. Our forces are prepared to defend every inch of our territory” .

Humanitarian Crisis Shelling, Blackouts, and Displacement

The strikes triggered widespread panic into civilians as
